    Was quoted 85 dollars with a patient out of pocket of 17....Per conversation with the office they did not even actually contact insurance company and printed what they "thought" my insurance would cover. The price of what the service cost, versus what my provider should charge versus what was actually covered is insane. I should have went to another dentist and got a quote.After going to another dentist I was informed that some of the work that had allegedly been done had not. This has to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life taking a doctors office at face value instead of assuming it was like a mechanics and they are just up charging and doing ***** ***** whatever they want.I want the cavities what I was quoted at. You are billing me twice:

    After a thorough review of our records, we are certain Mr. ***** has NEVER been seen in our dental office.  I called Yellowstone Dental Associates, located at  *********************************************************************, and spoke to their manager this morning. She confirmed that Mr. ***** is a patient at their dental office and she is aware of his complaint because she also received a letter from the BBB regarding this same patient. To be clear, we are not associated with this other dental office in any way. Therefore, we expect you to remove this complaint from our public file. We consider this matter closed. I am available should you need further information to close this claim.  We expect that our BBB reputation will not be impacted by this erroneous complaint that was mistakenly levied at our company by Mr. *****.
