    We had a house fire sept 1st 2023 & big sky restoration is who we called. They were very nice ********** believe they meant well. Unfortunately they were also overly busy & didnt do as good of job as we should have gotten. My front windows werent replaced, because the fire didnt reach that far, but they were still damaged from ************* I have to pay $12,500 out of pocket to get them replaced. They are all freezing inside & causing mold. Kids cant even stay in their bedroom. The back windows that they did replace, are leaking on the inside & we cant get ahold of anyone to tell us if they have a warranty, Or to fix them . So we will soon have to replace those as well. Ive had several tiles in the ****************** crack, Not from anything dropping on them, just from us walking on them. The tile in the bathroom broke when they installed the *********** was left that way. There is also a lot of grout that was never removed. We asked if clear coating the house was an option & without telling us about it, they stained it. We didnt know that it was fence stain & that we would have to redo it every couple of years. We would have choose paint, we were just asking about it. Most of the time, the company was busy and sent over 2 young kids to do majority of the work. They were also nice, but I dont believe they were qualified, to do most of the work they did. Their is sloppy paint work done through out the whole house, spots on ************* spots on carpet. They also did a poor job staining the house & got stain all over windows & poured their excess into our yard, killing our grass. When I contacted them about that, again I got no response. We were told our house was poorly insulated, causing big ice ******* hanging off our house, which im sure isnt good. Im not sure if that is relevant, or not, but worth mentioning. Our closet shelves upstairs broke & our closet door downstairs broke, they fixed *********** broke again within weeks. That is the most of it.

    There was never a finished date, it was long and drawn out, throughout a couple of years. I kept thinking they would eventually return to touch things up and finish. Their were several dates I reached out & never got a response. Jan 3rd 2024 at 3:29 pm, Jan 29th 2024 at 8:45 am, Aug 23rd 2024 at 2:49 pm, Sept 11th 2024 at 3:07 pm, Sept 24th 2024 at 9:18 am, Oct 16th 2024 at 10:05, Feb 10th 2025 at 10:38 am .
    These are the dates that I have pictures of . I also have more house pictures & date pictures, but it only allows me to send so many.
