    DO NOT USE - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. If I could give a 0 star, I would. This team went into our unit with the sign off to only heat up the moist area where we had a water leak. While in our unit, they found mold. Rather than pausing the project to contact us to let us know what they had found, provide proof of mold to us and go over best next step; the team ripped out drywall, insulation, flooring and partition walls without notification or consent. In addition, when we were able to connect they only provided one option in moving forward that would have resulted in an additional $5,000 in spend. NOT TO MENTION, the owner ****** added the pressure for us to make a decision because he had left an air purifier in our unit that was costing us $75 a day.. Again, no consent and no alternatives. After we fired them from the project, we had another mold mitigation team come in and say the work that Newman had done and were proposing to do was overkill. We also learned that they have a reputation in this area for quoting low and then walking out with 3x as much what was quoted. DO NOT USE THEM. PERIOD.
