    The owner of ***** Contracting, ******* *********, started a new company called Level Up Quality Construction and has been advertising as a landscaper and contractor. I reached out to him and had him come give us (me and my fiance ****** *********) a quote for a back patio. He came out on 5/3/24 and provided a quote for 2500$. He told us he would be out by the end of the week to do the job and required a deposit of half. I gave him a check for 1250$. He never came out to do the job. I reached out to him several times via telephone, text message and his ******** account where we originally contacted him. I left reviews and comments on this account asking for the job to be done or out deposit back. He has not responded since 2024.

    July 12,2023 I signed a contract to have my deck rebuilt. I paid a down payment for materials for $6,400 on this date. On August 16th, 2023 I paid the remaining $5,000. On October 14 I contacted builder to come repair my new deck that was collapsing. He texted he would come on October 15. He did not show. I contacted him on October 16, he said he would come Oct. 17 or 18. He did not show. He then said he had all day Oct. 20th and would come. On Oct. 19 I asked him what time he was coming; I got no response. I have been unable to reach him by phone, text since. He does not respond.

    We contracted with this company to build our deck November, 2022. We contacted the business owner on June 17, 2023 to let him know the deck was separating at the joints and requested repair. He made agreements to contact us to assess the damage/repairs, Needed but never showed up. We contacted him multiple times since (June 27, July 29, July 30, July 31, August 5, August 13, August 16, August 21, November 1, November 5 all ************* messenger) Each time he either has an excuse (weather, out of town, auto accident) and will call on the next week, which he never does. We really would just like our deck repaired and need refund of money so we can pay someone else to do the work. Please feel free to contact me or my husband, ***** @************ for any additional information. I hope that you can help us find a resolution.

    We met with ************************** the beginning of July ************************************ our backyard. He said he could easily get the job done and it would take 21 days, start to finish. He required 50% deposit to get going. We paid it. After 3 months of pestering, on our end. Constant texts asking for updates and when the job would be finished.... we have a lumpy, uneven, and discolored cement slab in our backyard. That weekend he came by asking for more money, when we told him it looked terrible, he assured us it was due to the rain and the difficulty with the cement truck, but not to worry it can all be fixed by sanding it and adding layers to even it out. We agreed to pay half of the remaining balance. One week later a guy showed up to sand the court. After he left - we went out to look at it and it still looks terrible. Since then, we have called and texted **** and he has failed to respond.

    On April 23 2023 we hired a and s contracting to redo our sidewalks and driveways. The work was unprofessional. He also said that the work would be done by June but it was not finished until after July 5th. He said that they could put over lay on part and redo part, I asked for a refund as I felt like the company could not do it properly since the first time they did not. Also another contractor said overlay will not work. I didn't hear a response from him after asking for a refund. Then after a short time I asked for some repairs and again no response. Also he left no place for his employees to use a restroom or a vehicle to leave. One employee relieved himself in our alley.
