    *************************, of ****************** came to my home to take measurements of my kitchen for new cabinets, on February 4th and 5th, on February 6, 2024, l gave ************** a total of $8,573 as a down payment to buy supplies, included complete new kitchen cabinets, sink, facet, countertops, paint kitchen after he removed all old cabinets, install a new front door and gutters. ************** stated he would put in the cabinet order and provide me with a copy of the kitchen plan the next day on February 7, 2024, begin work on February 29, 2024, l never received plan, then from Feb 29th, work would begin March 25, 2024, still nothing. ************** has not contacted me on updates, lm the one contacting him for any updates or anything for that matter.Its been difficult since day after he received down payment to contact **************, he always has excuses either he had internet failure issues, materials not in or hes at family funerals and been busy doing other things, doesnt keep his word nor keep me updated. l tried many times to get updates it has been a struggling nightmare getting ************** to communicate with me or get any answers. Today is April 2, 2024 he has still not complied with his part. I have given ************** plenty of opportunity to get back to me and plenty of opportunity to make this right. I ans he couldnt do the kitchen cabinets, maybe there could be something else he could do around my home that will equal the down payment.************** stated he would contact me on April 1st, This is now the 3rd month still waiting. I asked ************** l want my money back, refunded and l no longer want his services, still hasnt gotten back to me. He has a ******** page, he posted hes been traveling, went to a concert in *********** on his birthday, I believe on my expense. ************** is not trustworthy a fraud. Im a single female who ************** scammed me for $8,573, he needs to be reported so other people are not scammed.I would like to BBB to please help me resolve this matter.
