    This Anytime fitness when i first signed up told me that the difference and why it was so expensive was because i would be getting coaching help and also them helping me with a meal plan. I was told that it was 37 dollars by weekly but gettibg charged 50 dollars. when i went in to cancel my membership i was told that i wuld have to go through the third party i have gone thru the third party which is *** fitness, the last time i went into the club they told me I had ****************************************** 50 dollars. when i asked for a refund they told me that i would have to go through the third party because they lady named ***** was super rude and didnt want to help us.

    Enter to win a free membership at ACE that was next to Anytime Fitness .Was told I won a "one year free membership", had a meeting with staff that stated I would only have to purchase the key-fob for $39. A week later I was charged $104, called the cooperate number after calling the gym and other numbers given by people. The gal named ***** stated I would have to cancel my member via email. After a week of emails back and forth they took $250 and another $39 out of my account without me giving them permission. Then today they took out $35 and $39 without warning or without reason. There was no free membership, they keep taking out money without any warning and evetime I call they say I have to call another number, When I call they tell me to call the original number, I finally called my bank to stop them from pulling money out with out letting me know why.

    The customer won a $100 giftcard through a community prize box. When she came in to collect it, she signed up for a membership, with all details in the agreement she provided 5 signatures on. When the issue regarding charges was brought to the regional manager (after the submission of this complaint), the customer was contacted and her cancellation was processed following the policy outlined in the agreement.

    I attempted to cancel a membership because I no longer live adjacent to the location and the company refused to cancel
