    Great service and installation! ACT is responsive to all questions and concerns. The installation was seamless. ***** and *****, the install team, were courteous, professional, and excellent to work with. They did a fantastic job. The A/C unit looks great! I could not have asked for better service. I would recommend ACT to anybody that is in need of a new A/C.

    Outstanding company to work with! Have been a "member" since we bought our home. Yesterday* they replaced our air conditioning unit. What great service! Can't thank ****** Henry * and ****** enough. I have to also thank *******! He put this all together for us. Everything went smooth and there were absolutely no surprises!     ***** and ***** did a great job replace our 23 year old AC. They showed up when they said they would and were very efficient in getting the job done. They did a great job explaining the new unit and thermostat. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. But most importantly of all.....they put up with my 3 month old puppy who found it necessary to supervise and help himself to anything they laid down! Professionals that got the job done while still being understanding of the chaos a puppy can cause!Thank you to ****** also as the first technician that came to diagnois our problem and explain our options!Thank you ACT!!

    Today we had ACT Heating and Cooling install a furnace. They had previously been over on a service call, and from this experience we chose to go with ACT when we decided to purchase a new furnace. ACT is a top-notch operation. They are professional, conscientious, courteous, and gladly answered all our questions. To their credit, they also laughed at my lame jokes. Also, last but not least, the office staff is friendly and professional as well. We wholeheartedly recommend ACT Heating and Cooling for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

    From beginning to the end of my furnace and AC installation, the professionals at ACT Heating & Cooling were well planned, explanatory, and friendly. They completed the install in one day and cleaned up as they went.The company is very responsive to email or phone questions.     We have been working with ACT for approximately 19 years to include both major and minor HVAC services. The field personnel have always been professional, personable and never forget to put on shoe coverings when entering your home. They are there when they say they will be there and get the work done in a timely manner. We have found the office staff to be extremely friendly and competent as well. We highly recommend ACT without any hesitation and look forward to continuing to do business with them for the foreseeable future. ************ J

    ACT has been servicing our home for over 25 years. I highly recommend the preventative service, yearly checks and tune **** Having replaced a furnace and now an air conditioning unit ACT has kept the units worry free till the last of the units life. Always prompt, friendly and I can't say enough about how great ***** is at the office. Thank you ACT.
