  Ongoing issues with houses at **** and **************************************************************** purchased in June and November, 2022: unclear land titles, substandard construction, poorly defined parcel boundaries and incomplete interior and exterior work. On December 26, 2022 the septic line completely backed up and flooded his house with raw sewage. That has caused the house at **************************************************************** to become uninhabitable. Additional issues include, but are not limited to:- Dirt in the water from the cisterns. - The metal ceiling in the carport falling down and damaging my sons car, (************** stated That is what your homeowners insurance is for). - The interior and exterior doors in both homes do not close properly; ************* blow inside the house around the exterior door frame gaps.- Interior electrical outlets installed on perimeter walls ice over; electrical breakers randomly tripping.- Rainwater and snowmelt coming into the house under exterior doors thresholds, sill plates and garage doors.- Windows that have not functioned properly.- Peeling paint both interior and exterior, as well as trim around windows warping.- Improper grading has created flooding/mudslide issues.- The interior dimensions of the house and garage are not to the plan I approved.- The fence ************** installed is not what was agreed to, and more. ************** and his agent *****************************, both assured us that ******** Bank had the permits and inspections on file and we would receive copies at the close of escrow. We did not receive copies of permits, inspection reports, or certificates of occupancy at the close of escrow. I contacted First American Title and ******** Bank and was told they did not have anything like that on file, but the contractor should have them.I ran out of room on this form.Cc: Montana ********** of ************* Quality Montana ****** of ******** Protection Montana ********** of ***** and Industry Montana Better Business Bureau

  I am sending this response in regard to several false allegations against or company. I am sending the complete document provided to the consumer protection agency responding in detail to these claims made by **********. During the final days of the claimant's warranty period and again just after it ended for her home at ************************************  our warranty service company which is not affiliated with our company but is considered a third party asked her if there were any unresolved issues that needed to be addressed, she replied no. This was in November of 2022. As you will see in the document being provided there are contact numbers and supporting pictures and explanations addressing each claim. The consumer protection agency along with the ********** of ***** have found no fault on our behalf in regard to these claims.  We were in the process of a defamation lawsuit against the claimant but have presently taking a wait and see approach. *********** had been provided this response document prior to her again making the false claims against us to the BBB.
