    Paid ***** ****** cashier check in amount near $283,000 for purchase of property at *************************************** and manufactur d home custom. He has been paid in full and is now saying he isnt going to finish our home as I will not take down my ****** review or my ******** post regarding how disappointed and unprofessional ***** has been since the home has arrived on property. Hes been caught in lies and disrespects myself by name calling. Hes demanding $1000 as well as blackmail of posts of my experience. We are seeking legal damages. This man needs to be OUT of business for good! Please help others, by helping my family of 7.

    In regards to the issues raised by ****** ******** our response is as follows:

    Mrs. ******** originally purchased a home and lot package from J&J Homes and was satisfied with her purchase. After finding out that the public utility company would take 2-3 weeks after the home was complete she begin to exhibit signs of irrational behavior and embarked on a campaign of misinformation and outright lies. Despite their being no agreed upon completion date (J&J Homes always does our best to get customers in their ********************** quickly, but winter in ******* does not cooperate all the time) Mrs. ******** has continuously blamed J&J Homes for being unable to occupy the home. Additionally during the process Mrs. ******** was evicted from her current residence, and her former landlord felt the need to pile a mountain of her belongings and trash on the lot she was attempting to purchase. This obviously did not speed anything up, but the customer being evicted from her residence certainly is not the fault of J&J Homes. We sympathized with Mrs. ******** situation, but again, being evicted had nothing to do with us or this project. Upon finding out the public utility company would be 2-3 weeks to install a completely new service to the lot (not a long timeframe), Mrs. ******** again went irate, bashing J&J Homes literally on any platform she could find, including this one. After trying to remedy the situation with her husband, *************************** again starting acting irrationally and communicated with J&J Homes that this project could not proceed and she wanted her money returned. J&J Homes had a standard release drawn up by legal council and a date was decided for Mrs. ******** to appear, sign the release, and obtain a refund based upon the parameters of the contact. Mrs. ******** to our knowledge has never signed the release, and thus, has not been refunded as of yet. Furthermore, J&J Homes has never been informed Mrs. ******** wants to continue this transaction. Our last correspondence was that she was finished dealing and wanted released from the project.

    I am rejecting this response because: he beached contract by stating he would not finish project. He lied numerous times and when confronted, he became unreasonable and started to make unreasonable demands. He offered partial refund but demands were not met. Yet shows clearly ***** is the one who refused to finish project. We are allowed to speak on a punlic forum how unprofessional he is. He is now trying to sell the home and lot that have been laid in full. He needs to finish home with all that was paid for. He can not demand $20,000 from me to finish the project. He doesnt even know the facts so he is making stories. ***** breached contract not us, so we should be allowed home or full refund. No bashing. Facts

    At no point during this transaction has J&J Homes misrepresented any details about the home in question sold to *** and Mrs. ********* The ******** continue to make accusations about details of the transaction that are untrue, unreasonable, and simply prove-ably false. J&J Homes intended in good faith under contract to fulfill the terms of the agreement with the ******** but, as previously stated, the customer stated to us - as well as our legal representation - that they no longer wished to proceed with the transaction. At that point, J&J Homes did nothing but attempt to fulfill the customer's request for a refund per the parameters of the agreed upon contract agreement. Furthermore, J&J Homes has been informed multiple times that the ******** have obtained legal representation and until the terms of the transaction are worked through by both legal parties it is simply not in either parties best interest to proceed with the project at all. Once/If terms are agreed upon by both parties legal representatives, J&J Homes will happily fulfill any elements agreed upon by both parties. The ******** inconsistently bounce between wanting the home, demanding a refund, and simply not communicating with J&J Homes at all while simultaneously spreading false accusations and making unhinged demands. At J&J Homes we take all customer matters very seriously, which is why once a customer demands a refund and informs us of their intent to hire legal representation, we simply have to adjudicate the matter with council, and insure both sides are treated fairly and respectfully.

    I refused to sign his demand letter which was not a refund. Complete my HomE! He has been paid in full and is expected to complete work. Is that not theft?

    The ******** signed paperwork detailing their agreed upon release of the home in question this morning at the attorney's office. They were issued an agreed upon refund per the parameters of the original contract agreement. Upon signing this morning, and receiving this check, the ******** have agreed they no longer want the home in question and are no longer customers of J&J **********************. J&J Homes is happy this matter has been resolved by both parties and is no longer an ongoing issue.

    On 4-12-23 we paid 25,000$ to ***** to star our mobile home 8-9 weeks u til arrived Arrived 07-19-2023 Left in middle of a field half in slab half in pasture. Damage to all doors and parts of siding On 07-28-23 ***** sent a team of 2 to put house together and sent an employee out to move house into slab. Moving guy jerked the house back and fourth causing a bunch of damage in side walls, windows, doors, ************. we informed ***** how horrible and unprofessional that was and how horrible our home was on the inside and he fired the moving guy. The guys who put house together showed up a total of 9 days. Most days they didnt show til 11 am and quit working by 2. Once we complained they showed up for a solid 8 hours two days in a row. Left nails everywhere didnt connect sewer like he was supposed to. Said he had to leave and would be back in a few days. 8 days later he came back grabbed his trailer and left didnt clean up nails and trash left everywhere. 8-15-23 a new guy is sent out to complete the inside, repair all damage, fix lights etc. I contacted ***** and told him the shelving in closets and walk In pantry are not correct not the shelving that was supposed to be in there. He agreed to put correct shelving in and sends another guy out to look and take measurements . Both these men were great except he said he finished and left on 08-25-23 and he never did a once over of the entire place. The doors( all 3) are still not closing completely and dont lock at all. Trim is falling off, cracks are still not fixed correctly and showing threw paint, a lot of trim isnt even connected together. Fan is loose and falling of ceiling.Ac vents werent connected properly,our plumping was done half a** and we had to redo ourselves. Window latches are broken,front door has paint peeling off,bubbling and scratched all over and ***** refuses to fix any of it.He said hes too busy and overwhelmed with his business and me asking him to fix these things is disrespectful
