    My name is ***********************, I am on the church council at ************** in ********, MT.In 2022 / 2023 ComTech installed a sound system in the church sanctuary, shortly after the installation was completed we started having various issues with the system, After many visits by Comtech and several phone calls we found out that the system that we purchased and which was installed was made for a home system and not a business system. Early in 2024 we came to a settlement with ComTech, which was to keep the system as is and they would refund 15% of the original price which amounts to $1,411.05, which we have not received. Over the last month I have tried several times to contact ComTech to resolve the issue but have yet to receive a call back.Thank you in advance for helping us come to a resolution on this matter.***********************

    Hello *****.... Our deepest apologies things did not work out as expected. 
    We do always strive to reach above and beyond expectations. 
    Firstly I would like to assure you the equipment you received... hand held microphones, wireless Lav mics, amplifier, etc are most certainly commercial grade. There are no home grade parts in this system at all. All work does also require a client signature and approval on all estimates for equipment before work begins. 
    I am familiar with **** and *** at ************** and know they have been in contact with our office in working to resolve any issues with your system the church is not satisfied with. ****** and **** have been communicating with **** and *** regarding this issue so I am sorry I am not familiar with any conversations you may have had directly with Comtech?
    We are aware things did not go as planned and are sorry it did not work out to be 100% satisfaction. Several options were discussed to help the church feel as though they could move forward including returning it all or keeping the equipment and enjoying a percent refund. There was some confusion in the office as several options were discussed back and forth and our office was not certain what had been decided.
    After asking around I discovered on March 20th we received a phone call from *** the church had decided to keep the equipment and enjoy a courtesy 15% return. Our office was not certain how to proceed and had passed this message to our sale manager. He was out with a serious illness at the time and did not receive the message. This was an internal failure of communication on our part and we are sorry a reply to the decision that was made was not completed more quickly. 
    At the time the office was not certain the amount of the refund that was determined. I spoke with everyone today and a working on getting the refund process rolling for you as we speak.
