    Billing department is terrible. They never sent me a bill to my mailing address. I updated address with them in Sept. Dec received my vaccination. They never billed VA or my insurance, but did for my 2 daughters. Never contacted me by phone. Found out about bill through a better business solutions. Called ***** billing **** they said they would pull back and bill my insurance and VA. Never did they do that the billing department did not do their job. The billing department does not care. Now they said since 180 days have passed its my problem to do a claim. Thats their answer. Even though I have been trying to get this corrected for the past 60days. The billing **** just sat and waited never pulled my bill back to send to insurance or to VA. Never once did I ever receive an actual bill. Not once.
