    Friday May 2 Arrived at **** 5:25-5:30pm dropping off spouse at international languages banquet.Parked in S side of the lot Driving a 2022 **** mav.Left 5:40-5:46 Damage to skid plate noticed from rebar in the parking block I parked at.May 5 Called; directed to manager **** ****. He shared his email stating he would look into it asking me to email him the complaint.Complaint emailed 1 weekMay 12 Emailed Jace again for follow up.Jace replies denying any Rebar in their parking lot.6:45 Arrived at facility requesting staff member to accompany scene of the incident. Acknowledgment of not 1 but many sticks of rebar sticking up too far out of blocks by grounds keeper Rochy.Front desk collected my information; assured me I would receive a call the next day. If not, instructed me to email Jace.3 days No call back recieved May 15 Called front desk for follow up at 10:57; forwarded me to Jace VM. Left a detailed VM.May 18 Sent follow up email to Jace on explaining that the standard for parking block material should not exceed 6 inches in order to prevent vehicle damages. Informed that I had taken many photos of Rebar sticking out parking blocks in **** lot that exceeded 6 inches. I also offered again opportunity for them to make things right. Consulted a local body shop with repair quote. May 19 Recieved 2 emails from Jace acknowledging damage w/ apologies that they would not fix it. Subsequently dismissing apology and reverting back to a state of denial.I repliedstating that I would give 3 days of opportunity to fix their parking lot, to communicate honestly and professionally, and to make things right. If they had not reached out in 3 days, I would file a complaint with the BBB and write an online review to protect future drivers from damaging their car in the **** parking lot, saving them a few thousand dollars.May 21 final email reminding them fairly that I would be filling a complaint on May 22 3 days following the email on Mon; No reply
