    Two days ago my wife was in a roundabout when a woman named ***********************, failed to yield the right of way and hit my wife's car on the passenger side of her minivan. After the collision, she stated "What happened?" "Was I suppose to yield?" She seemed confused and surprised. My wife proceeded to ******* **** hit me!" I was in the roundabout--I had the right of way and you failed to yield." "She asked is there a yield sign?" My wife proceeded to point out both yield signs on either side of the roundabout. She returned home and filed a claim against ****'s insurance since she was at fault. My wife provided a detailed explanation of the what took place and **** a diagram for the adjuster.Later that afternoon she received a text from the insurer that said that **** had claimed she was in the roundabout and that my wife struck her--flat out lying about what happened! Not realizing that if her story was true the damage would be on the passenger side and not the diver's side. We pointed this out to the insurer, but they said it was her word against their insured's. We came to find out that this woman who had failed to yield the right of way, who hit my wife's car, and who lied to her insurance company was the woman who ran the ******************************* right here in ********, *******!It's bad enough that anyone would lie, but to have an auto insurance agent lie is very troubling! Please spread the word how this agency operates. She has failed to tell the truth or even apologize to this day. Needless to say, integrity is in very short supply these days! My wife and I are both retired and live on social security and have two minor children to support at home.

    *************** to the review that was published regarding the accident with ***********************.  I sent photos to my claims adjuster of both vehicles and I answered on a recorded interview the best I could remember what had happened on the round about.  This accident had nothing to do with my Agency.  It is personal and the claim was handled just like any other claim where the adjusters make the determination of fault.  I am sorry this accident happened.  I was stunned when I felt the impact and heard the crash.  It is not up to any of us as insureds to determine fault of the parties involved.  That is what we have insurance for and that is what my company determined.  I certainly do not have the reputation of being a "liar" as Mr.  ***** has stated.  It needs to be taken up with both of our insurance carriers.
