    Xtreme Clean refused to fixed my window after his company decided to trespassed without authorization and decided to spray commercial power wash on my building. Windows and siding after being careless and spreading greased on to my property at ******************** without my permission. All I ask was to call a glass company to check on the windows because the have moisture inside from hi pressure wash . Owner of the company refused to talk about it . Hung on me twice.

    Xtreme Clean was at the ************ on March 27th doing a hood cleaning and we were on the roof spraying the fan.  The fan on this building is extremely dirty and when we spray the grease goes all over and at the end of the job we go around and clean up our mess.  Yes the guys did go on his property to clean up the mess we made. He came out and was was screaming and acting aggressive towards the guys as they tried to apologize, he threaten to call the police. I as the owner talked to him right after and he was very loud, rude and confrontational. At that point I just let him know I would send out a window guy to take a look and see about the damage.  The window guy called and informed me that he could not see or tell and damage to the window as he didn't know which one it was and that the business owner there wasn't around to help him. The second conversation I had with the complainant, he called screaming saying I didn't send anyone out and I tried to explain what happened but there was no talking to him. He said I'm going to call the police and I said go ahead and I haven't heard nothing since.  We do cars, houses, siding ****************** with the power washer. we use a white nozzle which is a wide nozzle that does not damage things. The window he's talking about is on the west side which is the weather side and we happened to be on that side so if there is damage was it us?    We would gladly have someone go out there and take a look.     I am rejecting this response because:
    First I never screamed at him. His guys should have knocked on the door to inform me of what they were doing. Then they never cleaned up anything. When I talked to the owner I gave him my phone number and to have the window guy to call me. We were home for the next 7 days so I think him calling a window guy is false. I have yet to receive any phone call or message. The side of my building is still full of grease and the window also. Then on the second phone call he basically told me he would not talk to me and to go f myself and he hung up on me. I went and called him back and told me  to go head and take him to court then he hung up on me again. As a business man his behavior is completely unacceptable and his guys were literally trust passing on my property. The next time they come I will be calling the police. Also my windows on the east side are perfect. I was in the window business for 20 years and I think I know what Im talking about.

    We will not be coming out again due to the threats we have received from the complainant, and we deny that we have damaged anything. If the complainant wishes to go to court, we can go to court.
