    Purchased a brand new unit, 8/24/2023.1. Had issues with batteries charging, contacted Bretz. They sent a mobile tech which found the inverter was never wired in.2. Issues with furnace and leaky ceiling vent ( turns out it is broken) sent mobile tech. Tech worked on furnace and took pictures of the broken vent. Never heard back as to when that would be fixed.3. Having issues with the furnace AGAIN. It will shut off and not restart itself. Called to have a mobile tech sent. I was told they do not send out techs....what!??? I've had one here twice. Was told I need to remove the skirting and unhook the plumbing and bring the unit to them. I specifically asked at time of purchase if techs could be sent to me...I was told yes. The service person offered to give me some mobile repair techs phone numbers, but advised me if I had one of them come fix it, I would have to pay for it and my warranty would be voided. I paid an extra $10,000 for an extended warranty, not to mention this is a Brand new unit. I have had it less than 4 months.
