    While travelling across country on my 2022 Indian I decided I wanted to trade it in on a new ******* Stopped in Beartooth ****** and worked a deal for a 2024 ****** Davidson Street Glide.I drove it 100 miles to the next hotel we had reservations for in ********* 100 miles away and noticed a set of 3 scratches across the back of the saddle bags and fender that appear to be from something rubbing across the back of the bike during shipping. "best guess".Called the dealer and explained what I was seeing, and all they could do was offer to rub the scratches out if i drove back 100 miles. I couldn't go back 100 miles as we had reservations made months in advance and would not have a place to stay if cancelled. At the next dealer we came across in **********, I asked to have them look at the scratches and rub them out if possible, they determined the scratches couldn't be rubbed out.Beartoth ****** has not offered any other solutions for delivery to me a scratched 30 thousand dollar motorcycle. We have dealers near me where the bags and fender could be replaced with non scratched parts.All I want is to be made whole with un damaged parts. i bought new not used.
