    I'm not even sure where to start:I'm a 21 year old woman with great credit 1. The biggest thing is that they were supposed to send in my payoff for my old car, didn't do so until I had called to remind them. Had told me that the payoff went through, I called the bank my trade-in was financed through they said it went through, and it still hit my credit, and there's a missing payment on my credit report. 2. While purchasing a $36k vehicle, they had tried to charge me for windshield insurance and gap insurance when I had stated that I didn't need either. I was able to remove the windshield insurance, but it was still charged with the gap insurance, ultimately walking out the door with a $40k car loan. 3. Trying to reach out to the finance department is the biggest struggle I've ever had; they'll send you to voicemail when they dont want to speak with you (I know because I hung up and called back immediately and he picked up the phone right away). They will avoid making contact with you, which in my opinion is extremely shady. 4. I had to individually handle every piece of paperwork that comes after purchasing a vehicle, from the payoff to getting the payments set up. I do not recommend this business at all, or at least proceeded with extreme caution.

    I urge anyone who is shopping for a vehicle at this dealership to proceed cautiously. While this business did not break any laws I do feel they took advantage of me when selling me an extended warranty for my $30,000 car. Granted I signed the contract but verbally they mislead me into believing I had a "bumper to bumper" warranty for the next 4 years. I paid over $5000 for an extended warranty that actually expired after just 2 years because such a low limit was placed on the cars mileage. I swear he never even told me such a limit existed. I was only given ****** miles and an average driver puts around ****** miles per year on a vehicle. Clearly the guy knew my warranty was not likely to be in effect for 4 years as promised. Now I am facing a $4,800 repair on a car I thought was under warranty but is not.If you buy from this dealership don't let them railroad you like they did me. Read the fine print and skip the extended warranty all together. *** ***** ******* ******* will scam you too if you let them!
