    I took my Audi Q7 in to have an oil leak repaired over Memorial Day weekend. I was told that it was a hole in the oil cap and we told him to go ahead and repair it. They said that there was a rattling noises they thought the timing chain was stretched. We told him to go ahead and fix it. They told us it would be approximately two weeks after we returned home from a vacation we called to see where they were on that they told us that they had pushed us back on the list and they were going to work on it the 27th, 28th and 29th of June , when that came and went we called they said that they have not received the parts yet and so we waited another week and then we called and we were leaving for vacation and we called that last stay before we went on vacation and they told us that they needed to order a tool to time the Audi so we were gone for three weeks and when we came home, we were told that they have the tool and they were working on it. They would have it by the end of the week one that didnt happen we called and he told I told my husband that it would be a couple of days. I called this morning and they said they did not know when I would get my car back. Is there anything we can do?

    We were finally able to pickup our Audi on August 9th( the day after we filed the complaint) on the 11th I noticed there was a puddle of fluid under the car. We were able to have another mechanic look at it on the 16 and he had to replace a clamp that had not been put back on one of the coolant hoses and replace 2 hoses that were swollen and soaked with oil. Repair to repair the work **** did was a little over $500.00.
