      **************** is the worst I have ever dealt with.My daughter was supposed to come in and buy a car. Made appointment. Contact person set up time when she got off work. Did not tell her she needed to put a deposit on vehicle. She drove her two small children to dealership to buy car. The man sold it, didnt call her. SO SO SO AWFUL COMMUNICATION. I want all to know they are horrible people to someone that actually needed that vehicle. RUDE

      To start I drove 4 hours to do this deal - I had already sent all my information and this was a formality to pick up vehicle. Nope. I had to start all over and then had to go through the pathetic 100 best offers until we got to where I said we had to be. Then proceed to have to take all the add on c*** off of the deal. Finally get through all that and go to sign paperwork. Sign all that and start replaying deal in my head and something wasnt adding up. So I take out paperwork and see there is a windshield premium for over **** dollars added on. My bad for not catching right but this was never discussed with me EVER!! Not one word from anyone through the whole deal. Sneaky!! Then it takes me having to drive back 4 hrs and go in person to get that refunded. Ok great we are done! Nope. Now its been almost 2 months and 3 phone calls later and nothing refunded and no return phone calls. The whole experience was horrible and I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone how this dealership acts. Do not use them!! Deceptive practices!! Walk away and never use anyone if the dealerships under them. Beyond toxic buying environment
