    I booked a photography boudoir session with ********************* Photography for April 21st 2022. I paid the 99$ booking fee and set the appointment. I went to the appointment at the set time and day. The appointment went very well and the photos were taken. ********************* has multiple packages available for purchase. I chose the gold package for $3,000, that was paid upon completion of the photoshoot on April 21st (please see the attached photo for reference on packages). The timeline for photos and products per **** at the time of service was **** weeks from the session. On June 4th (6 weeks post session) via ******** messenger I inquired about the photos. **** replied that same day stating it will still take **** weeks for completion of the photos snd products. On July 14th (12 weeks sport session) via ******** messenger I again inquired about the photos and products. There was no response fro *********************. On August 3rd (15 weeks post session) via ******** messenger I repeated my request for information on my products and photos. **** responded that she was working on the photos in front of mine and mine would be next up. Finally on September 5th (**** weeks post session) my photos and app arrived. After receiving the photos, there were some editing concerned that were addressed. I also voiced my frustration with the lack of communication and the delay in timeline (phots are attached). I still had not received the photo book that came with the package. On November 8th (**** weeks post session) I emailed **** about the remaining products that I have not received from my package choice. I have yet to receive a response. I would simply like my products or a refund for those products.
