    I wish I could give zero stars because this company doesn't even deserve one. Our experience with ***************** Services was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their communication is abysmal. Trying to get a straight answer from them is like pulling teethpainful and ultimately fruitless.But that's just the beginning of our ordeal. We were initially quoted a reasonable-sounding $4500 for what was described as essential plumbing work. Fine, we thought, let's get it done. Little did we know, this was the prelude to a financial horror story. When the bill finally arrived, it resembled a ****** demand rather than an invoice. They had the audacity to charge us a staggering $18,035, citing vague reasons that did not remotely justify this astronomical increase.Attempts to reach them to discuss this exorbitant discrepancy were met with more silence. It's evident now that their strategy is to lure you in with a low quote and then extort you for everything you're worth. This kind of unethical business practice should not be tolerated.In conclusion, ***************** Services is not just incompetent; they are deceitful and predatory. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the sheer aggravation. Find a reputable, honest plumbing service that values its customers and their hard-earned money. This is one customer who will never make the mistake of trusting ***************** Services again.
