      Hi, my name is ***** Conklin ****** I live at ************************************************** on July 12, 2024. I browns plumbing over to the house to fix my toilet. Problem was with the toilet it was constantly running so the guts were bad so the *** came in fixed it or should I say thought he fixed it and two days later, I left on vacation for three to go help my dad up down in ************ and when I got back, my floor was soaking wet. There was no water left in thetoilet Because they didnt seal it properly. Apparently thats what the *** said when he came back over I paid 450 just for the guts ofthe toilet to get fixed for it to ruin my floor when I was gone on vacation cause I assumed he fixed it right. But when I got home, my floor was soggy no water in the toilet so it ruined my floor they came over and fixed the problem and they weresupposed to make good on the floor that got ruined because of their end and the *** said he would send somebody over to get it fixed its been a long time Ive been calling no response I shouldnt have to fix my flooring because of their mistake which was expensive anyway for just the toilets for $450 but the floor is ruined and they wont give me my phone call back to sit there and set something up so they can send somebody over to fix the floorbecause it has to be tore out. The wood needs it has to be fixed because of the mold And its sinking to the side so theyll have to elevate my floor again in order to fix the flooring and the towel goes on it. Ive called messages no response. They caused the problem. They need to fix the other problem as well and the *** that came over said they would And my daughter was present at the time when that was said because when you walk on the floor, it goes downhill now I them to honor their commitment because of their wrongdoing and not fixing the toilet right in the first place for it. I want them to fix the floor properly at their cost not mine cause they caused the damage

      Browns plumbing has honored the word and fix the problem and it was complete yesterday as of yesterday. Thank you for your assistance. If it wasnt for you, I wouldnt have got done. The owner was very nice about it. He said somebody just dropped the ball and he didnt know about it so you make good on everything. Thank you.

      On 2/9/24 , I had Brown plumbing and heating come to my house for a estimate to install a new electric hot water heater in my crawl space. The plumber showed up and after checking out my problem he told me I needed a new water heater. He wrote a proposal for repairs and said for a new electric heater it would have to come from *********, and cost $2400 I should consider a gas thankless one instead for $4500. Not to include my having to pay a electrician to wire it.He charged $180.00, and left. I found another company put one in for $ 1800, they have a no estimate charge. I am a senior, disabled, on SS, a Veteran and don't need Brown's sneaky estimate costs. I called Brown and told him I should get the money back, he agreed to that, ***** later no refund and won't answer my call.
