    I have squirrels invading my apartment for the second time the property owner does not care.

    I am sorry you have squirrels in your apartment, but my property management company is located in ********, ** and you are in Virginia, you have the wrong Property Management Company.

    Since December 12, 2021 I have not had access to my mailbox, It broke on that day, and the post office replaced the lock a few days later. It worked once, and then the key would go in but not turn, In January the post office confirmed that it was the property manager's job to fix it. After multiple requests for said problem to be fixed, and confirming with *********************- owner of BP Asset Management that they agree it is their responsibility, this issue is still not resolved. In February, I spoke with the receptionist, around February 22nd, and she said that it would be 2 weeks. In April, this issue was still not resolved, and I sent a typed letter to BP Asset management, and they responded with a pay or quit notice, and in the 8 years that my roommate and I have lived at this property, we have never been late with rent. They "lost" our check, but cashed it on April 15th. After sending out their letter on the 12th. I have proof of all of this, as well as over 300 videos and photos of health and safety issues just at my building alone!! I have contacted the property owner ******************* and associates with ***************** LLc. as well about this issue.
