      Approximately 70k was paid to have a new roof put on. When I went to clean the gutters and take the gutter guards off, I realized that Wegner put the frost side down of the shingles so the roof is glued to the gutter guards so we cant clean the gutters without removing shingles . I have called multiple times to report this and speak to management and they will not call back ! I specifically request each time that I dont want to speak with the salesman and that I want to speak with management and they will not call me back and will not address the issue. The Salesman had the audacity to argue with me and asked me why I would need to clean the gutters and that is what the guards are for . Wrong - the guards always came off prior to them putting this roof on. They are not made to last a lifetime and you still need to clean the gutters as debris etc gets in the gutters. They will not respond to my issue or take responsibility for their screwup. ******** would respond via text as well, not a phone call . He also knew I planned to replace the gutters and he assured me that I would still be able to . Please help !

      Attached is the product image, and the installation instructions. He wanted us to re-use his gutter guards (which are the ones in the image).

      They are installed exactly how the product requires. 

      Also attached are the photos prior to install, of the install, and post install. The photos show that it was existing, it was re-installed, and that you do not need to remove the shingles to gain access to clean the gutters. 

      If we installed the shingle upside down as he claimed, we would have an even bigger issue, but we did not, we installed it correctly.
