    Owner of yellowball had promised me an overide on a recruit I had recruited for him, months later I see the recruit posting checks online but I am not making my overrides. Screwed their.Then I leave the company to see my clients being manipulated to go solar with yellowball, not only stealing the work that I have done but in a crooked fashion

    To whom it may concern, ****** was a sub contractor for Yellowball. ****** was paid override for the gentleman he is referring to. Him and I agreed to a number and he was satisfied with that number. While ****** was not working for Yellowball one of his customers he had worked with in the past revisited solar with another representative of mine. ****** then requested commision on that as well. We gave ****** an opportunity to come back to Yellowball as an employee and we both mutually agreed he was not a good fit to our culture. ****** is now wanting money from me and using ****** reviews and BBB to try and get money for nothing. He needs to contact an attorney if he feels wronged. The way he is going about will not get him the result he is seeking. ****** has a lot of potential but unfortunately he continues to burn bridges where ever he goes. I was warned about his personality and work ethic. I should have listened.
