    I brought my rv to them for a repair of a crack in the ceiling. The assured me they could fix it. Cost was *********. It has been paid in full. They said I needed a complete replacement of my roof. They said it needed a new roof plus reinforcement supports added. I got the rv back and about 1 day later I noticed a wrinkle in the contact paper in the ceiling. I then realized they had only added contact paper to conceal the crack. They had not replaced any roof panels or anything else. I have taken it to another rv repair shop who deals with the brand of rv I have. I asked if it had been replaced. He assured me that the roof cannot be replaced and mine had only been fixed with contact paper. I am now out ********* and I still have a broken rv. Id like them to cover the cost of replacement either of my roof, or the rv. Or a refund.
