I placed my house on the market and it sold in June 2018. I spoke with ************************* my security rep for 15 years (that lived two blocks from me) when he came by my house before it sold. At that time he asked if the new owners would be using the security system and I told him he would need to touch base with them, but I would be discontinuing services. He has always told me I never needed to contact anyone but him for any situation regarding services. The automated billing continued to occur however at $66.00 quarterly and I just caught it on my bank statement in Q2 of 2022. When I contacted the company directly May 18-2022 (Account#C0011161 ****************************************************************** **************) they told me they only control billing and I would need to contact ****** for the discrepancy. I have done so 5 times, left 2 VM messages ( First of ************* 24th) Spoke in person 6.1.22 & 8.1.22 and then text message 8-23.22. It has been almost 3 months without resolution. Total billed for refund is 15 quarters at $66.00 for ******. I was able pay to stop direct withdrawals on *******. Any resolution you can help me with is appreciated. I was never sent a bill and the documentation in only on my bank statement which I have attached the email from the bank stating specifics.************************* ************
