As this is an ongoing issue and not all the details are truth in factor. Contracts are set in place to protect you while also protecting the company. All stipulations of those contracts are set in place for a reason, You have a copy of those contracts with all that it states. You were happy with your first roof and paid in full. While you may disagree on the cancelation policy it has been legally bound into our contracts for 30+. There are other routes to take in resolving issues. We spent the time and effort to help you with your insurance claim ( their was 16k+ in recoverable depreciation that your delays caused you not to recover). Once you received the funds to do the contracted repairs, you continued to delay us. Spending insurance funds on anything other then the claim project at hand is not something we have control over( crops hailed out,  graduations,  wheather issues) . It was your responsibility to spend those funds on repairing your home and keep your end of the obligation to the signed agreements. We are not required to drop your material off or make amendments to the agreement because of mismanagement of insurance funds. The jobs would have been completed early 2020 if we were not delayed time and time again by you( also steel went up over 35% while you stalled). We were at the mercy of your ability to gather your funds again to pay for you contracts to be completed. We have communicated and have the documentation from start to finish. We are more then happy to complete your jobs whenever you are ready. Please feel free to reach out at any time you are ready to re- negotiate the terms and pricing due to your reoccurring delays that was out of our hands.

    Kind regards,
    *****

I am rejecting this response because:

what I do with my insurance money is not their business. They simply did not do the job or provide materials that I gave them the money for. They have admitted this in their response.

    Thanks ****.        *******

11/13/22 I met with ***** to consult a price for work on my house. We discussed covering all exposed wood on the outside of my house. He explained the triangle woodwork sticking out from my eves would be completely covered. He pointed out the house across the street and said they would be similar to that. I I had work done on my house by *** Seamless out of Billings MT. He stated it would be sometime in the summer but I would be notified ahead of time and it would take 2 weeks a put. They showed up at my house the evening of June 29 saying they would begin work the next day. I had not been notified of this. They showed up the next morning. Took down gates and started a few things. At times they didn't show up tow ork and other times only one man was working alone. They finally stated they were finished on July 28. I asked about the bottom of my porch and the wood beams around the roof of my house. ****** the lead guy states he spoke to owner and they aren't covered. I asked to speak to,owner and said he would call me. He then demanded the final check. I said after I speak to owner I will have it later this evening. ****** came to my house later that evening. He watched me putting my gates back up to keep my dog in. Denied ever taking them down and demanded be final check. I did give it to him. He said the owner would be calling me. I did not hear from him except through text and ***** said he would come speak with me and never has. ****** said he would come help me Saturday to get my gates back up and he never showed up or called. I had hangers on the front of my house for planters which they did not put back up. He refused to put new numbers on my house saying he didn't know how and just used the old ones. All of my planters and heavy cement blocks and fountains, I had to move back into place. I would just like the work finished. I have emailed 3 different people in the corporate office and they have tried to get ***** to call me and he still won't speak with me.

**** ******** has not paid a final balance and has ignored numerous requests for that payment which has caused  the warranty to not be completed. . I did respond to her and let her know the pillars are not on the contract as well as the bottom of a carpet covered deck that is not on the contract and was never agreed upon or charged for. I sent her the contract and measure sheet which clearly states what was charged. There is no special inclusions marked either. She wants to scream to get her way but clearly does not want to look at the facts that she never paid for those items and still has an outstanding balance.

I am rejecting this response because:

I know we did discuss covering everything at original consult. I don't see how a piece of paper with numbers all over it shows that these things will not be covered. I do not want to pay anymore until I understand everything I was charged for. I do not appreciate anyone saying I am screaming when all I have asked for is to speak with someone in regards to all of this and no one will even though you told me you would come speak to me face to face. I did tell ****** on the last day that if they aren't covered then I would pay. He told me I would have to be put back on the wait list and that is when I really asked to speak with you.

    Sincerely,

Porch pillars were completed as seen in picture. No knee braces on contract and no deck siding . They were nice enough to move her planters as she didn't have it done per the back of the contract that she signed to have items moved away from the home to side it. The numbers she had didn't fit the profile of siding she picked for her home so could not be used.

I am rejecting this response because:

It does not answer anything. I want to have an explanation of charges and shown where the bottom of the porch is not part of the process when on the paper above it says porch. I would also like to know where it says fascia and soffit it says not to include triangles as part of that. This is what I was sent as an explanation of charges back in July and it doesn't explain anything
    Sincerely,

I have sent this to BBB and ****************** a couple times now. Porch pillars are the upright poles on the front of her deck shown in the pictures that were sent. Lots was talked about the day she signed the contract, windows being one item we didn't do the windows as it wasn't in her budget. No knee braces were on the contract or charged and nothing charged to side the bottom of a deck which is a hazard and would not be done with sharp metal edges. We have fulfilled our contract and breakdown on prices. With additional porch soffit that wasn't charged for. The contract needs to be paid in full so warranty can be issued.

    Complaint: 21537356

I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand what he is even talking about. My windows were wrapped and part of the contract. I don't know why he is mentioning windows now. The bottom of my porch is made out of wood, so not sure where hazardous metal is coming from. And the picture he sent is not an explanation of charges. It is a bunch of numbers with a few words written by some of them. I want a full explanation of charges, the bottom of porch wrapped as the top and beams were, and to have the the triangle beams that are a part of the soffit and fascia to be covered as we discussed when he was at my home originally.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************************

We have sent to ****************** the breakdown same as we have sent to you. It can not be any clearer, if the knee braces were checked it would have been charged and done. If the bottom of porch was to be included it would be in special inclusions it is not. We have completed our contract.

**************** has not paid in full for his siding contract and I have attached the invoice. We spent 6 months back and forth with **************** insurance before getting a deposit in April. We take all jobs in order of deposit and that has been explained to him several times. We were able to get his roof complete before bad weather hit to ensure he would have no leaks but his siding contract is still in line. **************** has called several times screaming and cussing at our office staff and I will not tolerate it. He called today and left a voicemail with the same vulgar language . The general manager immediately called him back to tell him again that his vulgar mouth would not be tolerated and that his job was coming up weather dependent and we would give him 3 to 4 days notice of arrival. *** screamed at him stating his job was paid which it is not and that we were causing issues with his mortgage and insurance company which that is untrue as well before calling our manager a B%$# and hanging up . We will get the job complete , we will call him and give him notice as well but we will not be bullied by him . We have a very long paper trail and communications with Mr ***** all up front with him about time lines. I can attach the voicemails as well if needed.
