    In May 2024, I made a contract with ************************ for the amount of $320 for him to mow my lawn for the summer. He was to mow my lawn every week once a week and weed eat around everything I have supporting documents that this did not take place, which is discouraging, because I had never had a problem with ***** before and his personality is great, but I received a letter from the land Managment where I live stating that the weeds were overgrown and had to be mowed immediately, this was directly after they had already come and mowed my grass. Later when they came and Mowed on June 11, they ran over my dogs outside leash, which was up against the staircase. They could have easily stopped the mower and moved it before running it over and slicing it in half, I mean it is a 60 pound test for my bulldog which he relies on to go outside and use the restroom. I am disabled and I also rely on this Leash for it to be easily accessible For him to go outside.I immediately notified him of the complete destruction of my dogs leash and he told me that he would fix it immediately. That did not happen. I also have supporting documents that you are more than welcome to read through going through week after week into months going on two months now waiting for this leash that I so desperately need for my dog so that he does not go into the street or get hurt, I told him I would be coming to the BBB and that has not seem to phase him. All I want is my dog leash back. It is like $15 at *******. They destroy it they must replace it. This makes me so sad
