- Diagnostic Ultrasounds do require a physician referral or order. Picture Perfect Ultrasound is an provider with most Insurance companies and can process the claims In-network. In addition, we process Medicare, Medicaid, Indian Health Services and do accept self-pay patients.
Elective 3D-4D ultrasounds are reimbursable by Insurance, Medicaid or IHS and therefore these elective types of ultrasounds are to be paid at the time of service. Cash, Credit or debit cards are accepted at time of appointment. - Refund and Exchange Policy
