      In October of 2024 we had put a down payment on a 2011 Jayco Jayflight at midway auto and rv. **** agreed to fixing the screen vents as both were broken *they put the broken ones back in), the electric jack * according to **** an employee of midway had damaged it) they did fix that. The electrical short ***** also told us about this) they did not fix it. They were also supposed to replace the table as it was broken. The table is in terrible shape and you cant even eat at it. **** also said that they needed a week to get everything fixed and to clean it *they dont clean their campers according to the owner *****). We had asked lots of questions before we purchased. We were told the heater worked great * it also needs to be replaced) the black tank also needs replaced. **** guaranteed they were in great shape as it was his buddies camper. We went to pick up our camper on 11-5-24. When I confronted **** about things not being fixed, he blamed the owners and bad mouthed them. I then went to **** *manager) and included **** in the conversation to which **** thanked me for being so nice and understanding. To which we then went back every two weeks to check on our table that was supposed to be ordered *it wasnt ordered until 11-27-24). All while being told what a horrible company ***** was and how they dont respond to emails and how the table was being customer made ***** in the parts departments words). Which wasnt true as Jayco immediately returned my emails. Sent me the tracking information. I had even talked to ***** the owner about all this as no one would return our calls or give us any answers. When the table came in I waited for them to call us. They did not. We went in on 1-11-25 to get our table. To which we were kicked out of the business and denied the table and told tough s*** about all the other issues they were supposed to fix.They also changed out the tires on the camper. I have so much more to say.

      Many things this customer has stated are completely false. From pictures that we have of the ** prior to the customer buying it we can tell that the damage they are claiming happened was caused by the customer. The customer also bought the ** as-is, with no warranty. This customer has also been trespassed from the dealership because of their unruly manner. The one true thing they said is that they were kicked out of the dealership. Also the police were contacted.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Wow! We only agreed to buy the camper if said things were fixed since **** was the one who brought up all the issues other than the table. You know I had been in the many times about this table. I was very polite every time I was in there! I have proof in the pictures that we sent with dates that prove the table was damaged before we agreed to purchase. As far as the police being contacted, they never contacted us. We have not received any legal papers regarding trespassing either. I feel I did everything right by trying to go through the chain of command. I tried with **** until he kept blaming the bosses, then went to **** (manager) then went to owner (*****). I am not sure about unruly behavior except on their part. I was scared for my safety when **** screamed at me all the way across the building and came charging  of me. Which is why I left the building and video recorded from there. We had even talked to ***** ( I think is his name) about the repairs that need to be done before we purchased. Its terrible that you and your employees are dishonest. Even worse you are liars on top of it. I know you dont care that we wont ever do business there again because you let me know it was no loss and besides I dont know anyone worth anything.. I could go on and on about the things that were said to me and done to me during my visits there trying to get the things fixed that they agreed to fix before purchase. I sent the proof in the pictures. I could even send the communication with your employees through text.

      I bought a used boat and trailer from Midway Auto LLC in November. It is now the end of April and boating season but I cannot use the boat and trailer as I cannot register them since Midway did sent the title to myself or to the county. I have been trying to resolve this issue or get a refund and have not been able to.

      The customer has received and is in possession of the title of the boat. The title to the boat trailer is in processing and should be ready as early as tomorrow and will be mailed to the customer. A refund will not be permitted. Customer was removed from property by police today for aggressive behavior, trespassing, and disturbing the peace. Charges have yet to be filed, but may be filed if harassment continues.
