    I have a dispute with my bill. I have been down there twice and they cannot tell me what I owe them. The bills that they send me do not add up! They cannot explain the billing to me. I will want a one year audit. If they cant fix it Ill *** them in small claims court!

    I did not receive any emails from ******************. I am aware that he was down at the office and spoke to the billing office about his bill. His screenshot that he submitted clearly shows that he was given a printout of his last ten monthly transactions. ****************** pays an overpayment off $100.00 and his bill is the monthly minimum. I believe ****************** has a failure to understand the bill is subtracting his owed amount and reflecting the remaining credit left of his account. This was explained thoroughly to him in the office. I don't have any other remedy to help him understand the math involved as it is clearly presented in the billing printout.

    That response from the business as a ball face lie they never explain the bill to me because they couldnt two of the bills I received have different numbers on them thats the problem stop lying! If they had looked at the two bills that I sent them they would know this! Your numbers do not add up!
