    I originally went to Anahita Rugs back in May 2022 to see if they would buy a rug that I owned. They said they would need to keep it for a while to make an assessment. They did call back a couple of weeks later to say that it was indeed a good quality Persian rug but was in need of repair. They said they had too much of a backlog to do it themselves but that I could bring it to another rug place for repairs and then try to sell it. I have since gone back to the store many, many times to pick up the rug, but they are always closed. They even sometimes have an "open" sign lit up, but no one will answer the door. They also don't answer their phone. The phone does not have an answering service either. I have left notes on the door but have not gotten any response for all these months. I would like to get my rug back.

    I am a substitute employee for the latter 3 months of December. On December 15th I became aware of a complaint from ******************** through the Better Business Bureau about a rug she wanted returned. On Tuesday, December 20th 2020 ********************** Rug was located. I called ******************** on ************** and apologized profusely for the lack of communication, noting staffing issues prior to my arrival. ******************** accepted the apology and came to pick up her rug 10 minutes later. She signed two pieces of paper confirming that she retrieved the rug. See attached "EK Signatures.pdf" document.
