  Avoid This Host Unsafe ******************* Experience I recently rented a truck through Turo for the first time, and it was by far the worst rental experience Ive ever had. Upon arriving 1.5 hours away to pick up the truck, I immediately noticed that the tire pressure was dangerously low (17 PSI when the recommended level is 39 PSI). The host, ****** ******* (Rocky), initially seemed accommodating and offered a temporary vehicle swap, but I had to return the next day to get the original truck backalready a major inconvenience.The next day, she told me to just keep the swapped truck but required me to end the first trip and book a second onesomething I later learned is against ***** policies. This truck also had low tire pressure, but given the cold weather, I initially thought it was normal. However, after driving, the pressure dropped even further. I took it to a tire shop, where a mechanic showed me that the tires were severely dry-rotted and unsafe to drive.When I notified ****** *******, providing clear photos of the tire damage, she became hostilecalling me a liar and reporting me to Turo before I could even reach out. Shockingly, she demanded I return the vehicle immediately despite its unsafe condition. Even after I offered to pay for new tires myself, she refused.Following ****** advice, I parked the vehicle in a safe, well-lit area (a Planet Fitness parking lot) and sent the host the location. In response, she went ballistic, falsely reported the vehicle as stolen and abandoned, and even called 911!In the end, **** sided with me, fully refunded my trip, and disabled her ability to rent out her vehicles until proper tires are installed.Aside from the horrible customer service, the trucks she rents out are rusted, have poor alignment, bad windshield wipers, and are simply unsafe to drive. I strongly advise against renting from ****** ******* (Rocky) or her company. Rent at your own risk!!!!
