    Serena ***** ***** Mercer - owners Shirts purchased were not the same as swatches sent and not correct size. They arrived way to large. Only received washing instructions and washed twice, fabric still very thick and hard. I have returned the shirts and request a full refund.

    Customer requested swatches of yellow fabric. We sent swatch of yellow soft ********* which is also displayed on our website. She called and ordered two shirts 16 1/2 x 34 in that same cloth.

    We made up those shirts for her in that same custom cloth and delivered with instructions in the package DO NOT wash/wear your shirt(s) if you wish to return or exchange. Custom shirts are final sale.

    ****** issue with a white 120's shirt also made up in custom cloth.

    Instructions also clear on our website.

    Again, all shirts were returned after being washed when specifically instructed not to wash/wear if customer wishes to return or exchange. Those shirts are not available for resale.

    We have been in business for forty years and have an extremely loyal customer base, customers with whom we have a personal relationship and customers who respect us for our quality and personal service, as ****** and myself personally handle all orders and customer conversations.
