    permissible purpose violations related to my credit report:*************************** ******************************************************* ******************* ************ 8/18/2024 FICO,********************************************************* Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Access to Credit Report Dear, BBB I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unauthorized access of my credit report, which I believe has occurred without a permissible purpose as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).********************************* I reviewed my fico credit report and noticed that, fico has displayed an negative account thats effecting my chances on obtained a mortgage loan. Account in question, American Credit Acceptance.According to the ***** only parties with a legitimate reason, such as credit application, employment purposes, or insurance underwriting, are allowed to access my credit report. I have not provided consent for Fair Isaac and Company to access my credit information, nor do I believe they had a permissible purpose for doing so.I request that you investigate this matter and provide me with a written response detailing the findings of your investigation.     The company Fair Isaac has provided inaccurate information to my Equifax and Transunion credit report. It is being indicated that I have serious delinquency and outstanding balances on my credit report. This is not true. This complain is to bring to your attention a significant discrepancy in the data being reported by your organization. According to recent reports, it has come to my attention that there is an erroneous indication of serious delinquency associated with my account.I want to emphasize that this information is inaccurate, and it is crucial that it is rectified immediately. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to remove this misinformation from your records as soon as possible.Please understand the seriousness of this matter, as it could potentially have adverse effects on my financial standing and credibility.     I use 30% or less of my credit card monthly and pay it back earlier. The dates my credit card company submits its info is unknown for this variable. I continue to have 1-4 points reduced which is not fair. My score should be excessively higher and stable with FICO. FICO needs to correct this, and have their partners update to reflect.
