    OWNER IS A NO GOOD SCAMMER. He sold me a $1,275 rug and charged my card $12,725. Refuses to accept return or cooperate. Horrible attitude. Would not recommend unless you want to go into debt.

    On morning of Friday 7/21/2023, two ladies among other clients were in the store, I greeted them and said let me know with any questions. A minute or two later,I heard this lady, *********************, saying to her lady friend that she needed a 9x12 rug, so I said those sizes will be on this other stack.

    I walked over along with them and started flipping rugs. She said she had bought a cabin like home & needed something to go with that look. After showing her few rugs, she picked one and said that is the one. I therefore wrote the information on an invoice along with the price and then passed the invoice to her to write her information as to her name & shipping info. Then she gave me a Discover Card and it was rejected. I had to ask her for another card since it did not go through. She said she had just used it with her friend before our store. I said its probably for her own security - not everyday people tend to charge big amounts. She then gave me this **************** card, as at the same time her lady friend asked her Do you know its $12,750? She said yes and her friend asked her You can charge $12,750 to your card? She replied to her friend that these rugs cost and yes. Then I proceeded to charge and got confirmation and had her sign like any other transaction. She asked how long before getting the rug. I replied that we will ship that day and it may take *** 3 to 5 working days. She replied that is fast and I said it is UPS.

    The lady was very well aware of the amount even her lady friend that was there made sure of that.

    Our policy is No refunds which clearly shows where she signed the credit card receipt.
