    Dear BBB Representative, I bought three subscriptions to Modern Huntsman last year. I received the first three copies of the same issue right away, but none of the people I bought the subscription for ever received Volume 10, which was the second volume of the two volume subscription. I have tried to resolve this issue through the only way Modern Huntsman offers, which is email. (There is no phone number listed on their website.) I emailed Modern Huntsman on:February 27, 2023 May 29, 2023 October 27, 2023 and November 13, 2023. We did finally receive volume Eleven, but I had renewed two of the subscriptions, so I assume that was for the renewal. Unfortunately, those issues were sent to my father, but each issue is supposed to go to a different address. In case it's helpful to have those addresses, they are: ***********************, *************************************************************************** *********************, ******************************************************************************** ***************************, ******************************************************************************************* When I emailed Modern Huntsman on November 13, I indidicated I would be contacting BBB if I didn't have a response from them (or Volume Ten) within two weeks. Just as every other email has gone unanswered, that email went unanswered. Each subscription was $65, so it's an expensive magazine for two issues and outrageous when only receiving one of the two for three subscriptions. I look forward to any help you can provide. If Modern Huntsman would just send Volume Ten to the three addresses above, the issue will be resolved. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely,Heather
