    Calls, calls, calls, messages, messages, messages, emails, emails, emails - crickets chirping. When your service is disrupted, too bad, dont dare bother them. Montana Opticom expects you to pay your bill on time every time, of course with the threat of collections if you refuse to pay for what youre actually not getting. Montana Opticom is more of a criminal enterprise than it is a legitimate business. The owner really needs to be investigated.

    Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your business and want to send out a special congratulations to you as your ten-year anniversary of being a customer is coming up in just a few months. We will investigate as you suggest, but we fear that your comment may not really be about the organization but rather the service degradation you were experiencing, and this was an outlet to express that frustration. We get it, when services are not what we desire it is frustrating. Ultimately the issue was resolved, but as you can read below the issue was not with Opticom, but rather a 3rd party that was generating interference causing the degradation of your service. For future readers of this comment we feel a little background is required.In December just before the holidays when Opticom had already transitioned to our traditional reduced holiday crew (everyone earns a little time off, right?) Opticom was hit with a massive service impacting event that impacted only our Television products (cable TV). Ultimately it was caused by interference from a 3rd party, but the holidays had every customer at home watching TV, and then calling us to let us know they had an issue (that's a lot of calls). This had the impact of overloading the team working, as well as their called in backups. Ultimately we got the *** involved and they found the culprit and assisted in getting the interference to stop. Shortly after this comment was made services were restored and the user was contacted by **********************, ironically despite leaving multiple voice mail messages we never heard back from them. Also it should be noted that that this person has never been contacted or threatened with collections or collections activity.
