  Totally incompetent and rude management! Be cautious! This dealership refused to sell me a New Vehicle due to simple ****** search information found in cross-referencing my last name! Supposedly, my name has been identified on a, so called, "Do Not Sell"-Toyota list! Amazing... I had no clue, what this "Sales Manager" (***************************) was talking about, let alone I own two of them, Toyota vehicles. These people didn't even give me a chance to prove that this whole info is erroneous and wrong! As the conversation was going on, all of a sudden I was offered to purchase an Used Toyota Vehicle, instead, or to go look for another Toyota dealership. It doesn't end here, next I'm told that my newly registered business in ********, MT, which I intended to purchase the vehicle under, is a "fake" one. But If I'd like, they can sell me the New Vehicle titled to my Nevada-registered business, instead. At that point I'm shocked for a second time within 5 minutes. Not only this person ***** was contradicting himself (because of his low intelligence level), but he became insulting and discriminative! That is when I knew that I better hang up the phone and start looking for ways to report this business here at BBB, to the State Office of Consumer Protection, Montana Motor ****************** eventually seeking further legal advice, too. What's really frustrating and offensive is that this person ***** (and his Boss), without any documented, supported evidence in hand, except a silly ****** search, concludes on, and shuts off the door for legitimate buyers, on behalf and at the expense of the whole Dealership, potentially exposing it to a more extensive reputational risk!

  We would like to request that this review be removed. After speaking with our general manager, our marketing team was able to uncover that Rusi ********** is on the National Business Export report. He was seeking to purchase a vehicle from us for his business based in ****** (Gemcorp and Odebrecht). The business address for his new LLC is listed at *****************************************. This address is also listed on the National Business Export report list stating exports to ******. This is fraudulent activity and is bad business for our dealership to engage in. Toyota corporate heavily recommends that we do not sell to anyone who is exporting vehicles out of the country. We have all of the documentation to showcase this finding. Ultimately, this review needs to be removed because it is not a proper representation of the discussions had with the customer.

  Last December, I found a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited for $22,900 at Ressler Motors in Belgrade, MT. I told them I was interested and asked if they delivered, or if someone could meet me halfway. (They said no.") So, December 7, I drove to Belgrade from ***** (round trip of 726 miles!) My A/C didn't work in my little car, (I told them in a December 6 email.) The manager said it would cost $2500 to fix it, so they only give me $7500 for my Trax! (2 estimates I had were $1800!) My banker was on the phone and talked them into another $500 on the Trax trade. --I gave them 2 keys for the Trax! I only got 1 (1 wasn't working.)On the website, the Jeep was advertised to include a Sunrider soft top, Freedom Panel storage bags, a back-up camera and a CD player. On the window sticker, it listed the soft top again and the CD player. (I didnt realize there WAS a CD player! It was behind the radio face, but, IT DOESNT WORK!) And there was NO soft top ($500-700!) NO storage bags ($75), NO back-up camera ($50)! I started having problems as soon as I left for home. There was a short in the lights. I called Ressler and they said they would pay to fix the lights for me. My mechanic here in ***** said he he couldnt get to them. On February 7 (exactly 2 months later), as I was going down the highway between ********** and *****, the Jeep suddenly lost power! The cruise popped off, and the engine and the skidding truck lights both came on with a lot of beeping! Later, this caused a near accident when I was passing a semi, with another behind me. I lost power and almost was rear-ended! And, when the engine light is on, the remote starter wont work, either!)***** Blue Book has my Trax trade-in at $10,153I got $8000 and a week or so later, they had it listed for $13,900!! They made $3100-4100 on this deal!Now...on their website--they deliver free to anywhere in *******! I sent 10 emails to my salesman, but he didn't answer them. I saved those emails.
