      A very hostile roommate was approved to live in my unit. When the *** received multiple complaints from other tenants about her and her dog's aggressive, they notified Minnick. Minnick notified the tenants in our unit that we have an unauthorized pet and person in our unit and they needed to vacate within 48 hours. Although this tenant was claimed to be unauthorized, Minnick did give her rights to the online portal to view documentation and make payments. The hostile tenant refused to leave and continued to lie about her lease and addendum that she signed with Minnick. Because this tenant was putting the entire household at risk of loosing their housing, I reached out to Minnick. I explained that the tenant refused to leave and that we as a household have done all we can to try to resolve this issue by ourselves. Minnick completely ignored my worries and needs of assistance in this matter. Instead of providing any assistance or guidance, Minnick allowed the tenant to continue to pay rent for the following months and claimed that to be was she was secure to stay.This tenant threatened me, verbally abused me, and made me altogether feel very unsafe in my own home. No matter what, Minnick sided with the tenant they initially claimed to be unauthorized in the unit. They did not care that I feared for my safety and constantly deflected to me needing to resolve it alone. Minnick also told me that if I could not resolve this issue by myself that it would result in me loosing my housing altogether. I did end up continuing to live with this hostile, unauthorized tenant for two more months and eventually Minnick terminated my lease because despite all of my attempts I could not get this unauthorized person out of the house. Throughout this entire experience, I've feared for my safety and the safety of my personal belongings. I did not receive any true solutions or guidance from Minnick and feared for my safety. Minnick is extremely neglectful and does not care.
