    I AM COMPLAINING REGARDING A PRODUCT PURCHASED TRHOUGH FURNISHED FINDER AND WITH OFFICES IN *********I HAVE PAID $120 AS A LIABILITY INSURANCE PRODUCT FOR TENANCY AT MY PROPERTY. NOW, THE INSURANCE WAIVO DOESNT WANT TO PAY. THEY STATES THAT THE DATES ARE ACCURATE, SOMETHING THATS NOT TRUE.THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS PROMOTING A FRAUDULENT PRODUCT. I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TO COVER MY FURNITURE INSIDE OF THE HOME AND OTHERS AS STATED BY THEM. I SUBMIT A CLAIM ALREADY FOR $800 AND THEY ARE DENYING THIS ONE. PLEASE INTERVENE.

We have reviewed your case and contacted Furnished Finder as they are responsible for processing all billing associated with the waiver purchased. Their team has confirmed your refund for the waiver purchase will be processed on Monday, February 24, 2025.

    Regarding the validity of the waiver, it is clearly stated that the purchase dates must exactly match the lease dates for protection to apply. Additionally, protection cannot be purchased after the rental period begins. These conditions, along with exclusions, are outlined in our terms and conditions to ensure full transparency.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the facts happened after the purchase of the waiver.  I have paid since December 2024 and I claimed these facts on January 25th.  I appreciate the refund of the $59, but I have a claim anyway.

    Your original complaint requested a refund for the Waiver purchase due to it being an invalid Waiver. We were happy to work with the Furnished Finder team to resolve that issue for you recently.

    Regarding your damage notice submission, we understand your frustration and empathize with the situation, but we are not able to approve reimbursement. The Waiver was not valid for the rental period, and documentation was provided stating damage knowingly occurred before the Waiver was purchased.

    As outlined in the Terms and Conditions (Section 1.B.), the Waiver must be purchased before the tenant occupies the property. In your case,the Waiver was purchased on 12/19/2024, and the lease documentation you provided shows the rental term actually began on 12/15/2024.

    In addition, the damage notice submitted by you included a lease amendment stating that on 12/18/2024, the tenant broke a dining chairone of the items you sought reimbursement for. Since the damage occurred before the Waiver purchase on 12/19/2024, it qualifies as prior damage, which is excluded from coverage under Section 3.B. of the Terms and Conditions.

    Unfortunately, due to these factors, we are unable to approve your damage notice for reimbursement. We appreciate your understanding in this matter in accordance with our terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I never received these thorough explanations when i bought the insurance. (2) Even the tenant enter on 12/16/2024 and bought the waivo insurance on 12/18/2024, that was not the only incident with this tenant.  I sent a letter with other incidents occurred at the property.  I bought  the insurance when came to my knowledge.  That's why says 12/19/2024.  The promotion you have is that you will covered any damages.  This is false advertisement and I don't agree.  Waivo promotes that the product will cover any damage.  Never received from you end, a detailed rules coverage for the product.  I bought from Furnished Finder and they do not include the rules on it.  Just says that you will cover any damage to the property.  This is unacceptable.  And out of the marketing purposes for which the product is entitled.  

    You want to cover anything.  That's not the only thing that the tenant break up.  That was the first one.  The letter sent to you states all of them.  Proceed with the coverage  promised.
