    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with my purchase experience from Randash Auto Center. On [2/2022 est], I bought a 2009 **** Escape Hybrid, which has proven to be a disastrous investment.Despite timely payments and consistent insurance coverage, I face relentless harassment from ******** at Randash Auto Center Bozeman MT location. The vehicle's constant beeping, shutting off and electrical issues stem from a previously undisclosed breathalyzer interlock device. I have never missed payments or lacked insurance.I believe I am a victim of discrimination and harassment due to my [race/ethnicity]. The treatment I've received from ******** has been consistently rude and unprofessional.I am seeking legal counsel and will file a cease and desist letter to address these grievances.Sincerely,******** *.     Regarding the electrical issues youve mentioned, we are more than willing to assist with any concerns related to the starter interrupt device. We understand how frustrating these issues can be and are happy to work with you to resolve them at your earliest convenience.


    To clarify, the device in your car is a *** payment protection device,not a breathalyzer, and this was clearly outlined in the signed documentation and contract at the time of purchase. We want to make sure you have a full understanding of the terms, and if you need additional copies of the *** Payment Protection Device Disclosure or the Servicing Policy, please feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to provide them.
    Additionally, regarding your concerns about insurance coverage, we want to reiterate that it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any changes to your insurance coverage and provide valid proof of insurance. If we do not receive this documentation, the asset will be placed on collateral protection, as outlined in our servicing policy. We have made this procedure clear to all of our customers to ensure transparency and adherence to our standards.
