    I work 12, sometimes 16 hour shifts 5-6 days a week and what that means for me is that I sometimes cant take my laundry in until 3-4 or 4-5pm. The ladies working there told me in the beginning that they work until 6-7pm most nights. After about a month or two of dropping my laundry off at the same time the dark haired lady (theres only two who work there, one named *** and this dark haired lady whose name I regrettably dont know) started being rude about the time I was dropping laundry off. She said you cant continue to drop your laundry off at this time because it cant be done same day and I dont want to leave it here for the person to have to do first thing when she comes in the next day. You need to start bringing it in when we open in the mornings. To me this didnt really make sense because if I drop it off when they open then the lady still has work to do right away like she would if I dropped it off the day before. I explained to her the shifts I work and how its difficult for me to bring it at other times. She was completely rude in how she spoke to me, rolling her eyes and cutting me off. Despite this I still continued to go back because the options here are limited. The one time I did go in when they opened to drop it off I waited 30 minutes and neither lady showed up so I had to leave and bring it back later (and received yet another rude commentary). Last week, I dropped my laundry off and when I picked it back up discovered I was missing a newer pair of my work skinny jeans that I paid $84.99 for. When I called to dispute this, *** who had done my laundry that day said she didnt know what to tell me, that she didnt have them, and that she wouldnt be reimbursing me the full amount. Today when I took my laundry the dark hair lady said We decided to refuse you service because we did not steal your jeans. Luckily, Ive found a much friendlier laundromat to go to, but to me this treatment and lack of righting their wrongs is just unacceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because: she still does not want to accept responsibility that my jeans are missing. Instead, wanting to place the blame on unattended laundry by the consumer when the services I paid for included dropping my laundry off to an admin, then doing my laundry (Im assuming attended not unattended by them) and receiving all items back. Just because she claims its never happened does not mean that it didnt happen with me, theres a first time for everything.
