    I HAVE A CONTRACTORS INVOICE FROM ******************* DATED 8/7/22. HE TOOK MY **** CAMP TRAILER TO RESTORE IT, AND I WROTE HIM A CHECK FOR $4500, CHECK NUMBER **** LEAVING $3000 LEFT TO PAY WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. HE HAD ALL WINTER TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WORK THAT HE PROMISED TO DO. I ASKED THAT HE HAVE IT BACK TO ME BY SPRING SO I COULD GO CAMPING. ON OCTOBER 17, I TEXTED HIM FOR AN UPDATE, HE TOLD ME AN UPDATE WOULD BE COMING, THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME ABOUT TRAGEDY ALL AROUND HIM INCLUDING HIS POOL ***** COMMITTING SUICIDE. ON OCTOBER 21 HE TEXTED ME TO TELL ME HE HAS A LOT OF PARTS LABELED AND IT WOULD BE PULLED INDOORS SOON. HIS SHOP AT ************************ WAS SUPPOSEDLY WHERE HE DID HIS WORK. ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 26TH HE TEXTS ME TO INFORM ME HE WAS TAKING A BREAK FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND WOULD GET "DOWN AND DIRTY" ON IT GETTING IT READY FOR SPRING. TOLD ME HE WOULD MAKE IT LOOK PRETTY FOR MY HAPPIEST OF HOLIDAYS TO ME AND MY FAMILY. SUNDAY, JUNE 4TH I TEXTED HIM SINCE I HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE DECEMBER. HE TOLD ME HE WAS IN ND FOR HIS DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION AND WOULD GET TOGETHER WITH ME AT THE END OF THE ***** JUNE 17TH HE TELLS ME HE WOULD SEND PICTURES AND CLEARED OUT SUNDAY FOR US TO GET TOGETHER AND LOOK AT MY CAMPER. IN BETWEEN THESE TEXTS I ATTEMPTED TO CALL HIM AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER OR RETURN MY CALLS. ON JULY 17TH HE LETS ME KNOW HE HAS BEEN "ENGULFED" WITH MIGRAINES AND MINI SEIZURES. AGAIN HE PROMISED PICTURES. ON JULY 24TH HE SENDS ME PICS THAT SHOW NOTHING, TELLS ME HIS WORKER DROPPED THE ***** HE WOULD KEEP ME IN THE **** AND WOULD NOT OWE A BALANCE AT THE END STATING, "I'M GOING TO BE GOOD ON MY WORD AND DELIVER THE PRODUCT I PROMISED YOU." ON AUGUST 19TH I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO PICK UP MY TRAILER. ****** 20TH HE DROPS MY TRAILER OFF AT 12 *********** INFORMING ME HIS SHOP IS NO LONGER AT PARROT ST. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK WHICH HE TOLD ME HE WOULD WORK ON IT BY THE END OF THE ***** WE HAVE A COURT DATE OCT 25TH AT 10.
