    In November 2022 this company was dispatched in response to an accident on the Montana state highways. The *** transported me away from my personal items which are verifiable by photo and serial numbers. At the time of recovery I was inhabited and was later given all items except one a valuable ladies wrist watch. The item has been reported stolen and I am seeking remedy on what happened since after calling ********** I was told that they are not taking responsibility. Thank you

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

    ON 11/10/22 OUR COMPANY WAS DISPATCHED FOR A ROTATION CRASH CALL ON 190E MM237, BY ******* HIGHWAY PATROL.  THERE WAS A DELAY OF TOW SERVICE DUE TO VEH SEARCH AT SCENE.  CUSTOMER WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL AT TIME OF CRASH.  HIS AUNT (AS SHE PPRESENTED HERSELF) FLEW IN FROM ******** TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS HE COULD NOT.  WE COULD NOT LET HER INTO COMPLAINTANTS  VEHICLE  WITHOUT INSURANCE CLAIM NUMBER, REGISTRATION, PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OR POWER OF ATTORNEY. AS IS OUR POLICY.   AS SHE EXPLAINED THAT ALL OF THAT INFORMATION IS ON HIS PHONE & LAPTOP IN CAR.  KNOWING SHE WAS IN A TOUGH SITUATION, WE SENT OUT A GENTLEMAN TO LET HER INTO VEHICLE TO GET PHONE & LAPTOP.  AS SHE WAS SCRAMBLING THROUGH VEHICLE SHE GRABBED SOME DIAMOND EARRINGS & WHATEVER ELSE FIT INTO BACKPACK WITH LAPTOP & PHONE.  WE SAID SHE COULDNT TAKE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR HER TO TAKE CARE OF NEPHEWS BUSINESS.  SHE SIGNED PIECE OF PAPER SAYING SHE TOOK DIAMOND EARRINGS.  AS SHE HAD COME BACK A FEW MORE TIMES WANTING BACK INTO VEH, WE SAID WE WOULD NEED HER NEPHEW TO CALL & SHE SAID HE WAS UNABLE TO TALK.  THE INSURANCE CALLED & ASKED IF WE COULD TAKE VERBAL RELEASE FROM CUSTOMER BY PHONE & WE SAID THE CUSTOMER WAS IN HOSPITAL & UNABLE TO SPEAK & THEY HAD HIM ON THE OTHER LINE?  I HAD ALSO CALLED HOSPITAL FOR AUNT TO SEE IF WE COULD GET VERBAL PERMISSION FOR HER TO TAKE WHATEVER ELSE HE NEEDED & HE WAS NOT REGISERED AT THAT TIME.   IT WAS A STRANGE SITUATION ALL AROUND,  BUT I AM CERTAIN THAT NO ONE WAS IN HIS VEHICLE OR STOLE A WATCH, THAT WAS MENTIONED IN HIS COMPLAINT.  THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAD BEEN IN COMPLAINTANTS VEHICLE WAS HIGHWAY PATROLMAN AT SCENE & AUNT.
