      I made a purchase on Aug 14, 2022 for a total of $76.08. One of the items in particular was $27.95 and advertised on the site as 3 piece set of chernobyl cutters. When it arrived there was only two in a box that was all taped up. The one wasn't even the one in the picture. I immediately emailed the company about the problem. I waited 2 days and never got an email back so I called the number on the site. When I called the company I got a voicemail that tells you to just email them, which I already did. I called again the next day and got a hold of the owner and was told that he had already submitted me a partial refund for the one missing die and I informed him that one of them still wasn't the one on his site and he told me that it was different but would still work and if I wanted he would just send me a return label for a refund. I waited another two days and never got anything via email and when I sent him an email stating that I was going to call my credit card company about this he replied with a nasty email that I am attaching here.My email: ****,I spoke to you a couple days ago about sending back those MTF Chernobyl cutters and you said you already processed me a partial credit and that never happened, then you said you were going to send me a return label for them and that didnt come either. I think i will just dispute my charge since you sent me something that was misrepresented in your website.Then send everything back if you are disputing the charge.We are trying to keep up with demand, if it doesnt happen instantaneously doesnt mean it wasnt going to happen.You have been wanting to be ****** since you received the cutters that was missing the medium cutter, I guess that is a travesty to you, but in reality those cutters would work just fine but you want to make a mountain out of it. I believe in Karma, someone is going to treat you like you treat others. Do not shop on my site anymore, do not come in my fly shop ever, and do not

      I'm not sure this guy ever sent an email, so impatient and was already mad and nasty when I talked to him. Nothing I could say was going to make him happy. Life is too short to deal with **'s like this

      I am rejecting this response because: luckily I saved the email that i sent the business along with the response from him. 

      Luckily i saved the email conversation. Attached is a screen shot of my email and below is his response. Not very professional.
