      On 11-13-23 I took my truck to re-replace the failed egr(recalled in 2021 replacement) and the parts that were affected by the failure to be warranteed. Job *****, also ***** numbers. The truck still has regen. problems after clearing itself by highway travel. If it idles a few minutes the regen occurs again, over and over. This is my 5th month without my truck and they have no answer to resolve the problem, waiting on an answer from engineers from the corporation. There were also wiring harnesses exposed as well as various clips and harness wires that were exposed to the manifold. It appears mechanic has replaced or stepped up totake over this job. This is a 2015 Ram 1500SLT with ***** miles. I could not find a recall/warranty/lemon Ram in your initial inquiries, but this is all related to the egr problem. These folks are dodging their responsibility to make good their failed equipment. So, may I rely on some assistance in resolving this issue? The *** is ***************** When I complained of the harness cover, exposed wires, clips and assembly components their response was- why didn't you report it right away, my response is why are they not followi ng up on their employees work? Thank you

      In response to ***'s complaint.  Non of the repairs to his vehicle have cost him any money, just time unfortunately.   We never have dodged a responsibility ever in the 80+ years of we have been in business.   A previous recall repair failed again.  The tech we had at the time was the only tech we had period.   We do not have the man power to double check all of the work that comes through here. We test drive the vehicles to see if engine lights or issues with repairs we preformed come up.  We pay our techs and trust them.  In this case it did not happen that way.  The tech that worked on ***'s truck is no longer employed here.  When *** brought it back after the initial repair, he told me he had it checked at another local shop.  I expressed that I wish he would have brought it back to me first, I'm the owner I need to know about these things so I can make it right and learn so we can get better.  *** was upset and I don't blame him.  I not happy how this turned out either.  The truck is back here now, we got our rep to help cover the cost of repairs that coincide with the previous repair.  We are doing the best we can while working with *** to get his truck back to him asap.  This vehicle is our top priority.  We are doing everything in our power to get the repair done and keep our customer happy.  Being turned into the you guys doesn't help this process.
