    My house caught on fire on July 7, 2023. I asked ********************************* my friends significant other if he would be interested in the job. He agreed to do the job. He was to start job immediately. He was to present all paid receipts for materials, provide Business License, and proof of insurance. I gave him 3 payments totaling $150,000.00 and told him to get all materials, cabinets, trusses, windows, siding and doors ordered. I have large shop to store material. He has failed to provide me with receipts nor has he provided insurance documents. We asked for all documents and a refund of over charges on Jan 10,2024 @ 2:30. **** failed to return. I locked his tools in my shop and told him not to trespass. I cant afford for him to get hurt on my property, I didnt want his tools stolen. I have several neighbors that would attest to the lack of work. Many days not showing up at all. There is no way the work produced was near $150,000.00. I do not want a lien filed against me if he didnt pay for materials or services. I have several text messages showing he was to provide me with requested documents. I have no way of finding out if materials are ordered and or paid for. My father ************************* is also owner of the house. He is an 89 year old Army veteran. He is currently in ******* for the winter. Since house is un liveable I am staying at a friends house.
