    ON April 23, 2022 I purchased from Big Sky Asics and was promised to receive my items within 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. On order# **** I purchased the quantity of 2 Bitmain Antminer L7 9050MH for a total of $45,204.00 USD paid thru wire transfer as requested thru this company. I have contacted the companies customer services number multiple time for status of my order and have have been told over and over that there supplier in ***** is having internal company issues and have not shipped the items. I contacted ***** Raycove which to my knowledge is owner of the company and stated that there company has put up an expensive lawsuit against the supplier in ***** and are doing everything to get our items. Yet we are at 23 weeks of patiently waiting and contacting Big Sky Asics for our items to arrive and yet nothing. We need a full refund if the company which we purchased from is not able to delivery the items ASAP, or the items delivered ASAP. I purchased directly from this company not from there supplier, and problems between Big Sky Asics and the supplier in ***** have nothing to do with me as I only purchased and have nothing to do with the supplier.

    March 29th 2022 I paid BigSky Asics $53,606 for a Goldshell kd6 miner delivered in May of 2022. The miner was never delivered. I was able to recover $10,000 from Mastercard but $43606 was a wire transfer. ***** will not reply to my calls. I want my money back or deliver the new KD6.
